(Reference sheets are composed in a computer graphics program, using images drawn in colored pencil and scanned into the computer. The image size will be 1000 x 1000 pixels at most. A $40 reference sheet can have up to 3 full-body views of the character and 3 close-up views of body parts. Beyond that, each additional view will add $5 to the price.)
I will put the drawing up on my page at Furaffinity and my page at SoFurry, unless you request otherwise. Feel free to put my art up wherever you want, as long as you give me credit.
I don't draw anything involving gore or bodily wastes, and I don't draw rape or underage porn, but most other subjects are fine with me.
If you would like a commission, tell me exactly which character or characters you want me to draw, and what they look like (link to reference pics if possible). If any of the characters are not yours, make sure you have permission.
All drawings are done with pencils on paper, so there will be a hardcopy original. (For reference sheets, there will be a few pages of originals.) Let me know if you'd like me to mail you the original, or keep it in my portfolio, or put it up for sale on Furbuy and split the profits with you if it sells.
I will begin the drawing as soon as I receive payment, and I will use Dropbox to make sure you are happy with the sketch before I color it. Send me a note or email if you have any more questions.

I am usually closed for free requests, but I give a few gifts around Christmas time. If you keep an eye on my journal during December, you'll see a post titled "Requests," and if you're one of the first five people to post a req in response to it, you'll get free art from me (non-colored art, with some limitations on complexity). The rest of the year, I take commissions.

You can call me Tiliquain. I'm openly mated to Alexi Tishen, who also goes by Zmeydros and some other names. Shi lives at http://zmeydros.sofurry.com/ and posts yiffy fiction. I often do colored pencil drawings based on hir stories, and I hope that the community here will help me grow as an artist.

We both see ourselves as transforming dragons, who have male, female and herm forms. Tiliquain is my herm name, and my male and female names are Quain and Tilia, respectively. (In real life I'm a female human, and my mate Zmeydros is a male human, but that gets boring sometimes, so in furryland we like to mix it up a bit.)

I'm okay with RP (yiff and otherwise), but in most cases I don't do it in real-time. This is because I have a pretty active real life that will interrupt my chat sessions without warning. Unless you're one of my closest friends, I prefer to RP through email, in comments, or through private messages, and it usually goes on for days, sometimes with several hours between posts. If you don't like to be kept waiting that long, don't start any RP sessions with me. (And please don't take it personally if I don't respond to an RP request. It probably got lost in the chaos of my existence-- I have a busy life and I can't reply to everything. Just try back later if you're still interested.)

A few more things about me: I have been drawing for my whole life, and graduated from college with a minor in studio arts. Shortly after meeting my partner Zmeydros in 2005, I started doing furry art, and here I am. I use colored pencils, graphite, and ink to do drawings that I scan into my computer. I know I still have a lot of growing to do, and I think this will be a great place to do it.

Well, happy December, everyone. As it says on my profile, I give a few gifts around this time, so hurry up and be one of the first four requesters!
Rules:
1. I will draw four pieces of free art for people on FA-- http://www.furaffinity.net/user/tiliquain/ --and four pieces of free art for people on SF-- http://tiliquain.sofurry.com/ --on a first-come-first-served basis. Only one piece of art per person. And I would prefer not to do free art for people who have gotten free art from me before... let some new people get a chance.
2. Last year I ended up working way too hard to complete all the requests, and so this year I'm going to have to place some complexity restrictions. These will be sketches or inks. No more than 3 characters. No complex background. No color.
3. My usual squicks apply. I don't feel comfortable drawing rape or underage porn or gore or body wastes. Other than that, I'll draw a lot of weird stuff, so don't be afraid to ask-- the worst ...
